Work the way you like, on your terms, with no strings attached.<br/></p><p>The project is <strong>planned for 3-4 months</strong> <strong>for 0,5 FTE</strong>.<strong><br/><br/>Planned start: asap<br/>Salary ranges: 120-145 pln/h<br/>Contract: B2B</strong></p><h3></h3><p><strong>Tasks:</strong></p><ul><li>Transform our client's business processes by identifying and implementing innovative AI-based solutions to continuously improve their efficiency, quality, and adaptability. </li><li>Analyze and map existing technology-driven business processes, and design optimized ones using AI. </li><li>Identify opportunities for improvement and automation within the company’s key workflows (including operations, customer support, document handling, debt collection, HR). </li><li>Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for AI implementations. </li><li>Collaborate with the development team, process owners, and mentor on creating and testing AI solutions. </li><li>Create and maintain project and process documentation. </li><li>Take responsibility for implemented innovations and ensure consistent skill levels in using them across business teams. </li><li>Actively participate in research and development (R&amp;D) initiatives, testing hypotheses and prototyping new solutions. </li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><h3>You need to have:</h3><ul><li>Strong, <strong>at least 3+ years of experience</strong> as a business analyst.</li><li>Experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes, ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, BPMN modeling, etc.)</li><li><strong>Fluent</strong> <strong>Polish (C1+) </strong>language skills.</li></ul><p><strong>Technical skills:</strong></p><ul><li>General understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts (knowledge of ML/AI models, NLP, recommendation systems). </li><li>Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret business data and translate it into requirements for technical teams. </li><li>Familiarity with programming languages for data analysis (Python, R) is a plus. </li><li>Understanding of the AI project lifecycle and the role of data in the process. </li></ul><p><strong>Business Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to map business processes and identify areas for automation or AI application. </li><li>Experience working with stakeholders - gathering requirements, defining KPIs, preparing case studies and business cases. </li><li>Ability to translate technical language into business language the other way around. </li><li>Ability to create reports, presentations, and recommendations supporting strategic decisions. </li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><h3><strong>In return, we offer:</strong></h3><ul> <li>100% remote, flexible work;</li> <li>work with an experienced team of developers and continuous development of your hard and soft skills;</li> <li>dev-friendly processes such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Code Review and bug bashes;</li> <li>long-term collaboration on challenging products (FinTech, B2B software, E-commerce and more).</li> </ul><strong>What will happen next?</strong><ul> <li>We would like to know you better, so we will invite you for a meeting with our recruiter.</li> <li>Next, you'll be asked to solve the task or invited to an interview and pair programming with one of our Java Developers.</li> <li>If everything goes well, you will meet your future leader at the final online interview.</li> </ul><p>Looking for a full-time job?
