Your role

• Lead delivery management for Digital Manufacturing Transformation programs, ensuring alignment with client goals and contractual commitments..
• Build and nurture high-performing, diverse teams by promoting equity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Act as a strategic liaison between distributed delivery teams and clients, offering tailored solutions to meet unique business needs.
• Establish and drive strong governance frameworks to ensure transparency, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Maintain positive and trusted relationships with clients, proactively addressing concerns and driving long-term satisfaction.
• Oversee global service delivery, coordinating across project managers, technical experts, and stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
• Manage complex service escalations and deliver effective, timely resolutions.
• Monitor and optimize delivery budgets, identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
• Provide clear, data-driven leadership reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

Your skills and experience

• Proven experience in Digital Manufacturing project execution, especially with SAP modules like Quality Management and Production Planning.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Microsoft Power BI and data modeling.
• Demonstrated success in Fixed Price project execution using Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) such as GE Proficy is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse teams and clients effectively.
