Senior Signals Analyst

ENSCO is seeking an experienced Senior Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Analyst to support the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC) Intelligence Directorate.

The selected candidate will provide advanced Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) support to the USASMDC Signals Intelligence Branch and the U.S. Army Space Theater Technical Control and Analysis Element (Sp-TCAE). Responsibilities include processing, exploitation, dissemination (PED), technical analysis, reporting, and operational intelligence support for space and missile defense missions.

The analyst will collaborate with Signals Analysts, Target Digital Network Analysts, GEOINT Analysts, All Source Analysts, Target Analyst Reporters, and Data Scientists to produce timely, accurate, and actionable intelligence supporting operational commanders during routine operations, crisis response, and contingency operations.

• Conduct advanced SIGINT analysis
• Perform Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) of Signals Intelligence.
• Analyze communications, emitters, and technical signal activity.
• Produce intelligence reports supporting operational and strategic decisionmaking.
• Support technical SIGINT (TECHSIGINT) activities.
• Conduct target development and support targeting operations.
• Correlate SIGINT with GEOINT and All Source intelligence.
• Brief intelligence findings to Government leadership.
• Maintain intelligence databases and reporting systems.
• Support real world contingency and crisis operations.
• Participate in intelligence planning activities.
• Mentor junior intelligence analysts.

Qualifications Required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus 7 years of SIGINT analysis experience supporting DoW or the Intelligence Community.
• Demonstrated experience conducting advanced SIGINT analysis.
• Experience supporting PED operations.
• Experience producing intelligence reports and briefings.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a TS/SCI environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• An active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly, for which you must be a US citizen.

Qualifications Desired
• U.S. Army Military Intelligence experience.
• Experience supporting USASMDC, Army Space, USSPACECOM, or INSCOM.
• Experience with TECHSIGINT.
• Experience supporting targeting operations.
• Experience with National Security Agency (NSA) mission systems.
• Familiarity with space operations and missile defense intelligence.
• Experience integrating SIGINT with GEOINT and All Source Intelligence.
• Joint operational intelligence experience.
