Director, Brand Management
What will you do?
A day in the life of a Director, Brand Management at Dickies looks a little like this.
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and executing our marketing strategy across global markets, ensuring consistent brand messaging, positioning, and identity while adapting to different cultural contexts, and driving overall brand awareness and customer loyalty on a global scale.
Our ideal candidate is a strategic and creative thinker who has a passion for leading and developing successful brand campaigns; and is an inspirational leader and partner who possesses a deep understanding of consumer behavior, brand messaging, and all marketing functions. This position reports to the VP of Global Brand Marketing.

Managing brand consistency: Establishing and enforcing brand guidelines to ensure consistent visual identity, tone of voice, and messaging across all marketing materials and channels globally.
Market research and analysis: Conducting in-depth market research to understand consumer trends, competitor landscape, and cultural nuances in different regions to inform brand strategy.
Lead cross-functional teams: Collaborating with regional marketing, product development, sales, and creative teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of brand initiatives.
Ensure brand comms strategy adapts to local markets: Work with regions to tailor brand and GTM product messaging and marketing campaigns to resonate with specific cultural contexts while maintaining core brand values.
Brand performance monitoring: Tracking key brand metrics like brand awareness, customer perception, and market share to assess the effectiveness of brand strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Budget management: Overseeing the marketing budget allocated to global brand initiatives.
Developing brand communication plans: Creating and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, etc.) to promote brand and product launches brand globally.
