Key Responsibilities

• Promote, sell, and convert Happy Home Club memberships to existing and potential customers during service calls, outbound campaigns, and special events.
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of routine maintenance, priority scheduling, and savings provided by the membership.
• Follow up on leads and past customer interactions to convert warm prospects into active members.
• Collaborate with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical technicians to identify opportunities during service visits.
• Record all sales activity, customer interactions, and membership data in CRM systems.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals for membership growth.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay informed on services, pricing, and promotions.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable explaining service benefits and handling customer objections.
• Motivated, outgoing, and confident in speaking with homeowners.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems is a plus (training provided).
• Organized and detail-oriented with good follow-up habits.
