Intel is in the midst of a transformational journey to deliver on its ambitious IDM 2.0 strategy which includes significant manufacturing expansions and the creation of a foundry to serve internal and external customers. This position is a critical new role in our overall ERP transformation supporting three key businesses involved in IDM 2.0: Manufacturing, Technology Development (TD), and Intel Foundry Services (IFS).The ProdCo Forecast to Stock (FTS) Business Transformation Manager is a critical position within the FTS Tower as part of Intel's transformation Office.

The Prodco Forecast to Stock (FTS) Business Transformation Manager will focus on supporting a successful implementation between Prodco's future Supply/Demand Planning solution and SAP-ERP, with primary focus on the people aspect of the program implementation. The Forecast to Stock business capabilities encompasses Demand Planning, Sales and Operations Planning, Sales and Operations Execution, Responsive Demand and Supply Matching (RDSM), Inventory planning, Materials Requirement Planning, Network planning, Logistics and Inventory Management, and Product/ Performance Quality Management.

Must be able to operate in a matrixed environment and develop effective working relationships with key interface organizations and their senior managers to achieve key deliverables. Must have a solid understanding of Intel's Forecast to Stock business capabilities.

Your primary responsibility will be leading the FTS project/program change management team for different IAO projects, in partnership with the Change Management Center of Excellence Leader and Project Manager, including identifying and monitoring the success metrics for IAO people readiness and risks. You'll get to work across program and organizational boundaries to help design and deliver strategies that realize program goals, increase benefits realization, ROI, and the achievement of results and outcomes.

As an FTS Business Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for but not be limited to:

  • Appling technical background/specialized technology domain knowledge and people management skills, manage people and/or drives change management resource priorities to ensure that the team is aligned to the program transformation approach for FTS by understanding business objectives, defining transformation goals, and aligning them with the overall program strategy.

  • Drive end-to-end change management efforts within the tower, ensuring that all necessary processes, resources, and stakeholders are aligned.

  • Engage with key stakeholders within Forecast to Stock, to ensure clear communication and buy-in for transformation initiatives.

  • Handles escalations, resolves issues, and takes corrective actions if required.

  • Advises and mentors the change management teams, providing guidance and coaching on best practices, cultivating project/program management Center of Excellence (CoE) or Community of Practice (CoP).

  • Exhibits technical knowledge and expertise to support advancement of new processes within Technology domain.

  • Responsible for enabling teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, applying differentiated performance management, and driving team results.

  • Drives results by inspiring people, role modeling Intel values, developing the capabilities of others, and ensuring a productive work environment.

  • Supply Chain Planning Acumen: Understanding of Intel's complete end-to-end supply chain operations (i.e., supply, demand, manufacturing) to be able to influence strategy in support of corporate strategy, goals, and objectives.
