Description

What Will You Be Doing?

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all gaming devices on the casino premises, while providing the best customer support possible.
• Provides technical support to customers on operational and maintenance aspects of system equipment.
• Assist with diagnosing mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures.
• Troubleshoot to identify, resolve, and provide root cause analysis on Everi products.
• Preventive maintenance, relocating, and installation of equipment.

Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise for the job:

Must Haves / Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma or GED 
• Gaming License in multiple states (we will help you obtain upon being hired)  
• Must be flexible to work overtime, weekends, evenings, and holidays as required 
• Must be willing to travel as needed
• Must be highly motivated, a self-starter, and comfortable working with minimum supervision 
• Ability to move heavy equipment

Nice-to-Haves:

• 1+ years of experience in any technician role
• Understanding of MS Office Suite products
• Troubleshooting experience in any Technician Field
• Mechanical and Computer backgrounds are a plus

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $31- $32 per hour and overtime eligible.
