Software Engineer C++ (Cakewalk)

Responsibilities

• Author new features and research solutions to complex problems
• Estimate and develop projects to deliver on time according to schedule
• Collaborate with the team to maintain high quality standards and minimize defects
• Partner with management to carry out the vision of the company
• Develop cross-platform software for MacOS and Windows
• Refine the feature set of future products

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of software development experience
• Exposure to audio, MIDI, and multimedia product development
• Strong knowledge of C++, STL, and OOP
• Familiarity with plugin frameworks such as VST and AudioUnits
• Excellent communication skills
• Good time management and ability to multitask
• Ability to write high quality code with minimal defects
