The Staff Product Manager for Digital Marketing is a crucial role focused on spearheading initiatives that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through digital marketing channels. This individual is responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies for digital products or services, leveraging data analytics, user insights, and innovative marketing techniques to fuel growth and increase market share.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Growth Strategy Development:
- Develop, execute, and refine growth strategies aimed at increasing user acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell.
- Identify high-impact growth levers and prioritize initiatives based on potential ROI.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilize analytics tools and metrics to track the performance of growth initiatives, analyze user behavior, and measure against growth KPIs.
- Make data-informed decisions to optimize strategies and tactics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, product, design, and analytics teams to develop and implement cohesive growth strategies.
- Conversion Rate Optimization:
- Lead efforts in conversion rate optimization, including A/B testing, landing page optimization, and funnel analysis, to improve conversion rates and overall user experience.
- Content and Campaign Management:
- Oversee the creation and management of targeted content and marketing campaigns designed to attract, engage, and convert users across various digital channels.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Regularly update internal and external stakeholders on growth strategies, progress, and results.
- Present data-backed insights and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or related field / equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and metrics specific to growth and digital marketing.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience in conducting A/B testing, user research, and conversion rate optimization.
- Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

The expected salary range for this role is $180,000 - $225,000. This is based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is also eligible for the Fanatics Commerce annual bonus program and an equity award. This salary range is listed in USD and will be determined in part by a successful candidate’s geographic location.
