Position Overview:

As a Service Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our dealership. You will identify prospects via the Service Drive, qualify leads, assist customers in the trade-in process, and guide them through the appraisal and sales transactions. Your responsibilities will include product presentation, selling, appraising vehicles, negotiating, presenting vehicle features, and closing sales transactions.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Continuously develop and qualify customer leads through the service drive.
• Make calls to customers to confirm scheduled vehicles for appraisal.
• Develop relationships with customers and gauge their interest in a trade-up.
• Consistently achieve sales quotas and meet sales action plan objectives.
• Establish and maintain a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed, maintain, and fine-tune the skills required for the position.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Consistently perform the duties and responsibilities assigned to the standards and goals established for the position.

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Cox Automotive DealerTrack, Cox Automotive Vinsolutions, Cox Automotive Provision, and Mastermind.
• Customer service experience.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have a favorable motor vehicle record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
