As our approach to talent continues to evolve, we are looking to grow our newly established global Executive Talent Acquisition & Advisory function. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the Executive Talent Acquisition Partners in organizational, administrative, and complex interview scheduling activities, while keeping in touch with senior external talents to ensure seamless communication and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide world-class coordination and administrative support across the recruitment life cycle, collaborating closely with the Executive Talent Acquisition Partners and HR
- Ensure that job advertisements for identified vacancies are quality-checked and posted to all suitable channels
- Schedule and arrange interviews, providing support for candidate logistics, travel and accommodation as required, and delivering an exceptional experience for all touchpoints throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Establish and maintain exceptional relationships with the C-suite’s Executive Assistants to ensure agendas are synchronized in a timely manner and roadblocks are removed according to the needs
- Communicate regular status updates to relevant HR collaborators in partnership with the Executive Talent Acquisition Partners
- Support the broader Talent Acquisition leadership team with occasional ad-hoc administrative requests, such as raising purchase orders
Key requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in administrative support for Talent Acquisition, ideally involving Executive hiring, experience as a Personal Assistant is an advantage
- Previous experience in managing relationships with C-level customers, hiring communities and 3rd parties
- Global mindset and intercultural curiosity, with an ability to interact across all levels of the organization
- Excellent listening skills and a natural desire to deliver a tailored experience to all stakeholder groups
- Outstanding time management skills and a demonstrable ability to accomplish tasks effectively and efficiently in a highly complex environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with fluency in business English. Additional European languages, especially German, would be beneficial
