Registered Nurse (RN) - Radiation Oncology - Full Time - Day - Mullica Hill

MAJOR FUNCTION:
Under the direction of the Department Director and Radiation Oncologists, performs all routine nursing functions of the Department of Radiation Oncology and is responsible for all records for research projects, department statistics and patient charts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience:

• You must be enrolled in a BSN or MSN program from an accredited school of professional nursing within six months of hire or rehire and graduate on or before the third employment anniversary date into a nursing position. *  BSN or MSN graduates preferred
• *Grandfathered Exemption of Educational Requirement: 
• Hired on or before May 31, 2013 -- IMC
• Hired on or before August 4, 2015 – IMCW
• Hired on or before May 31, 2023 – IMCM     
• One year experience in a similar unit.

Certification/Licensure:         

• Possess a current New Jersey State Nursing license required.
• BLS required. National Certification required within 3 years of hire.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Contacts with patients, physicians, physicists and other department and hospital staff and patient family members.
