Key Responsibilities:
Leads troubleshooting and resolving equipment, systems, and process problems to prevent the occurrence of product and process non-conformances.
Provides technical support for team members of all electronic systems, i.e. eDHR, MES.
Understands and can communicate all processes and systems involved in the end-to-end process.
Works closely with engineering teams when troubleshooting the equipment and processes.
Provides peer leadership, coaching, coordinating, scheduling, monitoring, communicating, and problem solving for all line activities.
Demonstrates ability to cover for Supervisor when required for non-supervisory activities.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Education:
A minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
At least 6 years of production experience in a high-volume manufacturing facility is required.
Proven experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.) is required.
Excellent communication and social skills, with proven ability to interact with multiple teams and work in cross-functional environments is required.
Experience using MES, and eDHR is required.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, both written and oral, are required.
Ability to prioritize projects and tasks is required.
Required Physical demands of the position include stooping, walking, pulling, light lifting (up to 25 lbs.), grasping, hearing, visual acuity, kneeling, reaching, pushing, talking, and standing.
Green badge certification completed.
Preferred:
Vocational, Certificate, Technical or associate degree emphasizing electro-mechanical, PLC, pneumatics or equivalent industrial experience is preferred.
Solid understanding and troubleshooting skills in the following areas is required:
Process improvement, Line knowledge, PLC systems, electro/mechanical devices, safety devices, equip
