Job Responsibilities
The Customer Quality Manager will be the main point of contact for specific key accounts and will manage customer complaints and improvements. You will lead cross-functional problem solving to investigate quality issue, ensure velocity in our containment actions, validate effectiveness of root cause(s), and ensure fast customer responsiveness.
- Review Quality Assurance Agreements with customers and ensure deployment and communication to the organization.
- Run data driven continuous improvement workshops with key customers.
- Visit customers and travel to review products and applications as the customer is using them and to foster customer intimacy.
- Drive the organization's 8D completion & lessons learned through proper root cause analysis.
- Partner closely with sales to develop customer transparency and trust by sharing strategic roadmap and by resolving problems promptly.
- Regularly conduct reviews with our automotive customers regarding quality performance.

For this position you have a university degree in a technical field and minimum 5 years of experience in automotive quality.
- Willingness to travel at least 10% of your working time.
- Experience in a full scope IATF 16949 business environment is mandatory.
- Stakeholder management and relationship building is part of your daily business.
- Six Sigma Black Belt is an advantage.
- You should be strong in data management, communication and effectively presenting data.
- Judgement and decision making is one of your favourite tasks.
