Responsibilities

Position Overview:

• Supports the GuideTree Content Team by coordinating content review and development
• Assists, as needed, by creating templates for new content for clinical team members to complete
• Coordinates user-centeredness reviews for clinical content
• Supports the GuideTree Content Team in working with Strategic Partnerships on clinical content reviews
• Partners with GuideTree Product Team to support content loading and testing
• Manages project management tools used in content coordination
• Supports content authorization process and agreements for content developed by external stakeholders
• Assists GuideTree Content Team in coordination of content language translation process
• Develop and manage the project(s), communication, resource plan(s), and processes for all content development
• Generate regular reports to update stakeholders and manage expectations

 

Location: Memphis preferred, but may work remotely. 

 

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required 
• Familiarity with GuideTree and clinical content currently in platform preferred
• 1+ years of project management or related experience preferred
• Experience with non-profits strongly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
