Responsibilities
Position Overview:
- Supports the GuideTree Content Team by coordinating content review and development
- Assists, as needed, by creating templates for new content for clinical team members to complete
- Coordinates user-centeredness reviews for clinical content
- Supports the GuideTree Content Team in working with Strategic Partnerships on clinical content reviews
- Partners with GuideTree Product Team to support content loading and testing
- Manages project management tools used in content coordination
- Supports content authorization process and agreements for content developed by external stakeholders
- Assists GuideTree Content Team in coordination of content language translation process
- Develop and manage the project(s), communication, resource plan(s), and processes for all content development
- Generate regular reports to update stakeholders and manage expectations
Location: Memphis preferred, but may work remotely.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Familiarity with GuideTree and clinical content currently in platform preferred
- 1+ years of project management or related experience preferred
- Experience with non-profits strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
