The Opportunity  

This position works out of our Woodridge site in St. Paul, MN location in the Structural Heart Division.  

Structural Heart Business Mission: Why We Exist 

Our business purpose is to restore health and improve quality of life by designing and providing device and management solutions for treating structural heart disease. 

As a Supplier Quality Engineer II you will lead efforts to enhance and correct the quality of components from external suppliers. Establishes acceptance criteria for materials. Tracks supplier performance to enforce corrective actions, address manufacturing yield issues, and resolve field failures. Coordinates supplier-initiated changes with cross-functional teams. 

 

What You’ll Work On 

   

- Work closely with external suppliers to gain insights into their manufacturing processes and fulfill all required qualifications.  

- Work together with manufacturing engineers to resolve production-related challenges.                                                                                  

-Work with cross-functional teams to assess and implement supplier changes.  

-Generates and maintains incoming inspection procedures.  

-Develops and/or sources inspection tools and equipment.  

-Work with internal/external suppliers investigating material issues including implementing corrective actions
