AMB Mercedes Benz Stadium CFO Overview / Key Responsibilities

The Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) serves as finance leader and business partner to AMBSE Leadership in planning and managing the MBS business. The CFO will lead FP&A (planning, budgets, performance management) and Controllership for the Stadium and all related Stadium operations, The CFO will work closely with others within / across AMBSE and with external partners in planning, measuring and maximizing the performance of the business. The CFO will oversee accounting, reporting, controls and analysis of the business, and present financial results to AMBSE leadership on a regular (monthly, quarterly & annual) basis. The CFO will also present financial plans, performance results and analysis to AMB leadership, including Chairman, Arthur M Blank. The AMBSE CFO is entrusted with ensuring exceptional service delivery, financial discipline, and operational excellence within one of the most iconic sports and entertainment businesses in the world.

• Serve as a trusted financial and strategic advisor to AMB Sports & Entertainment leadership. Support short-term performance and long-term financial priorities for Mercedes-Benz Stadium, aligning them with broader AMBSE enterprise goals while ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence.

• Oversee all day-to-day finance and operational support functions. Drive accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness across financial planning, budgets, systems, reporting, and business support services. Lead a high-performing finance team committed to operational discipline and customer-first service delivery.

• Manage financial planning, budgets, and performance management for the AMB MBS business. Work within the established AMB Family of Businesses finance organization / structure / processes, develop and communicate annual plans and budgets and performance reviews for the MBS business.

• Manage and report allocation of revenues / costs in an accurate and timely manner. Actively collaborate and communicate with internal and external AMBSE partners in allocating revenues and expenses on all Stadium events and other business initiatives.

• Deliver Comprehensive Financial Stewardship: Lead core finance functions including budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, financial reporting, etc. Ensure the Stadium’s fiscal health and readiness to support large-scale events, vendor partnerships, and long-term capital improvements.

• Enhance Operational and Commercial Performance: Identify and implement opportunities to improve profitability, reduce costs, and enhance margin performance across Stadium functions — including event operations, food & beverage, merchandise, ticketing, and sponsorship execution.

• Support Capital Investments and Infrastructure Projects: Provide financial leadership on Stadium upgrades, construction initiatives, and capital investments. Evaluate ROI, manage project financing and vendor contracts, and ensur
