Job Description

As a senior frontend developer, you'll lead all aspects of the software development lifecycle, which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and support of innovative applications. You'll team with solution architects and developers on the translation of wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements, and subsequently into technical design. We invite your thought leadership, business savvy, and ideas in this influential role where you’ll make recommendations for improvements and impact important technical decisions.

About the team

The Logic20/20 Digital Strategy & Transformation team applies design thinking and next-gen technologies to solve our clients- toughest business challenges. You'll work side-by-side with architects, managers, and engineering consultants to gain a 360-degree perspective of the challenge at hand while contributing your unique perspective to develop innovative solutions.

About you

• You have a user-first mindset and focus on what is possible over what is standard practice in the industry.
• You are eager to learn from highly experienced technical and architectural leads.
• You have experience designing wireframes and converting designs to frontend code.
• You have excellent product instincts, a passion for great app experiences, a data-centric mindset, and the willingness to do what it takes to have a positive impact on our customers.
• You have proven expertise in industry SDLC best practices and delivery excellence.
• You consistently ensure web standards are met and platforms are fully functional before delivery to clients.

Qualifications

• 5 - 10 years of experience in frontend or full-stack development using JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.js.
• Experience leading frontend development projects.
• Cloud experience is required (AWS is highly preferred).
• Strong UX/UI design experience, including wireframing and converting designs to code.
• Experience engaging with users and stakeholders.
• Experience designing wireframes in Figma is preferred.

Additional Information

At Logic20/20, we believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent. Logic20/20 offers a competitive compensation package, with a target base salary range of $123,210 - $145,080 for this role. The final base salary offered is dependent on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Eligible employees may also qualify for performance-based bonuses and other incentives.
