Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Senior Automation Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Aitomation Engineer, you'll be responsible for constructing, integrating, optimizing, and maintaining BMS. Your main tasks include integrating HVAC, utility equipment, fire alarm, security, and other building systems into the BMS to ensure efficient performance and energy savings.

Essential Functions:
•  Lead the construction and integration of BMS, integrating HVAC, utility equipment, fire alarm, security, and other building systems.
•  Lead the development and implementation of management strategies for the factory's automatic control system, ensuring the stability, safety, and efficient operation of all automated processes within the facility.
•  Monitor and adjust system settings to enhance performance and energy efficiency.
•  Troubleshoot and resolve BMS-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
•  Develop and enforce policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
•  Provide leadership to a diverse team, offering guidance, training, and technical support to facility staff.
•  Evaluate and implement upgrades and enhancements to improve BMS functionality and efficiency.
•  Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for BMS management and operations.
•  Manage and troubleshoot issues related to Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).


Minimum Qualifications:
•  Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
•  Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in building system management and integration.
•  Well-versed in BMS systems, components, and integration techniques.
•  Proficiency in BMS software and programming.
•  Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
•  Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work on schedule.
•  Ability to maintain a full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance is required for this position.
•  Ability to interact professionally with individuals of varied backgrounds and skill level.


Physical Requirements:
•  Ability to move around work sites, which may include walking, standing, and climbing ladders or stairs.
•  Flexibility to bend, kneel, or crouch, particularly when inspecting installations or troubleshooting.
•  Capability to lift and carry moderate weights, typically up to 25-50 pounds. 
•  Occasional lifting of heavier items may be required.
•  Ability to work in various environments, including offices, construction sites, and manufacturing facilities.
•  Willingness and ability to travel to various job sites, which may require driving or other forms of transportation.
