What You'll Do:

• Own the candidate experience: From job postings to offer recommendations, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle for entry-level individual contributor roles.
• Create compelling job ads and post requisitions across top platforms to attract diverse talent.
• Partner with hiring leaders to craft competitive offers (compensation, sign-on bonuses, relocation).
• Coordinate interviews and logistics, acting as the primary point of contact for candidates.
• Manage and execute the pre-employment check process, ensuring appropriate background forms are completed and compliance with hiring standards. 
• Collaborate on projects like our summer internship programs, employment branding, and onboarding initiatives.

Compensation:

Starting pay range:‏‏‎ $48,100 - $63,100. Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position is eligible for an annual cash bonus based on company performance. Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work-related experience required.
• At least one year of experience with recruiting preferred.
• Prior experience with applicant tracking systems preferred.
• Self-motivated, engaged, and team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
