Broadridge is hiring a Director, Real Estate Operations and Reporting (Hybrid) for a new strategically focused real estate organization.  You will be a key member of this new organization and be responsible for Reporting, management of leasing system, enterprise hoteling and workplace reservation system, as well as several coworking relationships.   Managing key relationships and internal customers as well as developing reporting will be key initial focus areas for this role and will also include expanding and upgrading our current systems.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong data capabilities to support internal and external clients

  • Administrator of the leasing system, responsible for key processes, controls, reporting and analysis

  • Administrator of the hotel and workspace reservation system, responsible for key processes, controls, reporting and analytics

  • Manage relationships with internal customers an our Coworking vendors.

  • Create reports and scorecards using PowerBI, that measure productivity, efficiency and savings

  • Evaluate historical and current leases, contracts, and other data to understand key trends

  • Participate in Review, selection, and implementation for new and upgraded systems as part of an overall digital transformation program.

  • Participates in special infrastructure-building projects, as needed

  • Create alternative visualizations and reports to evaluate workplace utilization trends for office use, leveraging the hoteling system and other tools

  • Develop financial models that forecast business outcomes

  • Study industry-specific business trends and research data to support decision making process

  • Review and educate end users on policy requirements

  • Supports department training and development program initiatives

  • Develops strong relationships with all key stakeholders

Qualifications

  • BA/BS or equivalent degree in finance, accounting, analytics, supply chain, or other business field (Also systems, statistics, economics, or mathematics)

  • 5+ years of experience in a real estate role with knowledge and experience managing systems, customers, and reporting.

  • Strong quantitative skills, with proven financial modeling skills

  • Experience working with visualization applications such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik

  • Excellent reporting, presenting, and communication skills

  • Understanding of generally accepted accounting principles is a plus

  • Lease and contract management knowledge and experience and understanding is required

  • Strong team player, with the innate ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: 135,000 - 145,000 depending on experience. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

  • Annual Bonus: 10%
