Inside Sales Coordinator

Contractors Steel Company powered by UPG is looking to hire an Inside Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team! This role will assist the sales team in driving sales around existing business and will assist in lead generation around new business. The Inside Sales Coordinator will work on creating marketing collateral, RFPs, and sales analysis. The right candidate is a sales-minded individual who is a quick learner, self-motivated, thorough researcher and possesses an eagerness to learn about sales.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform sales support duties such as: researching prices, prospecting companies and contacts through internal and external resources.
• Assist with completion of customers' purchase orders, order forms, etc.
• Help prepare and possibly attend client meetings with sales team.
• Maintain organized and detailed inventory records.

Position Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong capability to prioritize tasks and stay organized.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment, able to 'keep cool and calm' in a rapid setting.
• Must be a team player and have excellent communication skills.
• Motivated to perform at a high level, with a proactive, can-do attitude.
