PAY RATE: $19.35

Assist Supervisor in day to day operations of drumstick operation. Job Synopsis: Primary tasks include department set-up; insure USDA, production, SSOP and HACCP requirements are met in drumstick area. Assist supervisor with Grade related issues by monitoring Grading Service checks and communicating errors to appropriate line personnel. Make decisions on staffing assignments based upon product flow, product mix and attendance. Other responsibilities include relieving line personnel as needed, fill-in for absenteeism as necessary, wash down at breaks, and insure general housekeeping. Fill in for Supervisor in their absence.
