As our Senior Principal Packaging Systems & Process, you will report to the Senior Technical Director Packaging/Capability and you will be responsible of ensuring that the packaging processes, procedures, and systems are properly used as designed and implemented.

YOUR MAIN FOCUS :

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Provides guidance to the businesses on appropriate use and governance of the systems audits the correct usage of systems and processes
• Ensures appropriate process designs, including the correct business requirements.
• Supports the deployment of new policies, standards and procedures required for potential new business processes related to the systems
• Functions as a point of escalation within the business or between the business and system support teams
• Function as an interface with Master Data, IT, COE
• Manage external service partners

Data and System Management:

• Run metric reports to audit system usage (informs areas for more training or enhancement)
• Audit data to ensure complete and correct usage of SAP RD
• Run first level data extracts from SAP RD to support regulatory/sustainability/tax reporting
• Highlight data issues with key user group and coordinate mass changes
• Coordinate user testing for any system/data changes
• Author business scenario-based test scripts as needed
• Serve as subject matter expert to manage enhancement list content and priorities, IT review and validation of changes to ensure business continuity, engaging key users as needed
• Create documentation/communication for users on any system changes
• Serve as point of contact for user community to escalate Service Now tickets

 

Internal and External User Administration and Collaboration:

• Approve new user set up ensuring correct role(s) assigned to users
• Ensure new users are trained and training materials/job aids are updated to match current system design
• Serve as single point of contact for SAP Security team for roll change approvals
• Maintain user list to identify and remove inactive users
• Maintain Outlook distribution list for SAP RD users and keep in sync with SAP RD User List
• Manage SAP RD User Group, ensuring representation for necessary functions/geographies
• Organize monthly meeting of user group with IT R&D COE and Business Facing teams to review topics and provide updates
• Manage SAP RD Workplace group to foster collaboration/communication with user community

External Service Partners (Infosys Support Team Coordination)

• Manage and approve resource allocation
• Manage PO issuance and approve monthly invoices
• Approve data entry and extract automation (macros) via Infosys
• Coordinate data data transformation projects to meet legal requirements -> minimize fines from international authorities/ partners (i.e. sustainability tab, pack weight)
• POC for Infosys developer to our internal teams (IT, Accenture)
• Review and sign SOP & Risk Governance for Infosys

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

 

As an experienced Senior Principal Packaging Systems & Data, you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that :

 

• You have 5-10 years of experience in technical specification data management in a fast moving consumer goods packaging environment. Experience in the fragrance & cosmetics industry would be a plus. Additional experience managing data entry systems, IT, is a plus.
• You are well organized and able to work on and tack a variety of different projects at any time.
• You have excellent communication skills (you will be in direct contact with more than 70 R&D packagers, and more SC packagers, external suppliers, external resources etc..)
• You have first experience in project management and project coordination.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Ability to work with different data base systems : SAP, and other data base.
