Job Objective
Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) in NSW or Special Operation Forces (SOF) organization/operations and/or leadership training expertise aligned to principles of coaching, mentorship, and providing and receiving feedback industry best practices.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Functions to analyze, provide program feedback, and coordinate program activities to digitally capture individual, unit, and organizational performance data.
• Support onsite (garrison command or field training) training and other program data collection activities as required (to include government sponsored travel).
• Telework is anticipated: A Minimum of 2 days per week onsite/live in person, with up to 5 days as required for specific work taskings. This is a salaried, hybrid remote position that requires firm commitment to long lead time scheduled events including frequent travel. When not travelling, the team can expect between 2-5 workdays per week onsite at NSW facilities.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of LDA Programs training, documentation, and standardized best practices.
• Provide expertise in SOF/NSW operations, training, and professional development to bolster program effectiveness.
• Engage with stakeholders in evaluation related activities to facilitate effective and high-quality data collection.
• Apply program currency as the science of identifying and capturing individual performance evolves.
Experience/Education:
• Must have high school education
• Bachelor degree preferred
• Active SECRET clearance
• If applicant is previous military personnel, they shall have received and honorable discharge from military service and have never lost applied specialization during their military career.
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Should have 5 years within the last 10 years of active-duty service with leadership experience in NSW or SOF and/or demonstrated experience teaching/developing leaders on the principles of coaching, mentorship, and providing/receiving feedback.
• Minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience documenting scope and objectives for training and professional development.
• Minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience reviewing, analyzing, developing, and managing operational requirements.
