This is a Data & Analytics Eng II position at Associate level, which is part of the job family responsible for providing specialist data analysis and expertise that drive decision-making and business insights as well as crafting data pipelines, implementing data models, and optimizing data processes for improved data accuracy and accessibility, including applying machine learning and AI-based techniques.

Department profile: Corporate Retirements
Record keeping application of all held away assets. For regulatory and monitoring purposes, we receive various file feeds from external vendors and store the info to Corp Retirement databases. The information is used for paying out commissions through FA Compensation and help Advisor to give more information Retirement Participants.
Position Overview:
Java Developer with SQL knowledge. This developer role is to work in Agile team as an application developer to ensure Application Development & Support for All Sub-Platforms within Corporate retirement solution & Institutional Services. The candidate will be responsible for understanding the business requirements, build/enhance application components to .
Enable testing organization to certify the application, support technology infrastructure team in production deployment. Work with peers to follow enterprise Software development methodologies.
The Right Candidate:
Full Stack developer and open to learning any new technologies and Business.
Angular Java Full Stack including Angular UI, JAVA Backend including Spring Boot, Gradle.
Good knowledge of Kafka with SQL with Database skills creating Stored Procedure, Joins, fine tuning the SQL queries, partitioning of table, Maintaining Data Quality, and overseeing Data Security.
This developer role is to work in the Agile team as an application developer to ensure Application Development & Support for All Sub-Platforms Corporate retirement solution & Institutional Services.
Required Experience: 3 to 5 years
Skill Set:
Server Side: Good knowledge of core Java (11 or higher) and proficient in core Spring framework, spring batch, JPA and spring boot, Hibernate, clear understanding of Gradle build. Experience in establishing CI/CD Pipeline and Cloud.
Database: Experience in working with RDBMS, writing SQL queries, preferably SQL Server.
Good to have skills- Devops: Kafka, Gen AI, Python.
