About the role

This is a unique Business Marketing Senior Manager opportunity with responsibilities that will have a direct impact on company strategy and culture. Primary responsibilities are to develop and optimize business process from product development through customer engagement. This role will be responsible for training and coaching cross functional teams, identify program metrics and targets, and tracking and reporting progress.

General Profile:  A strategic and creative thinker able to collect information from multiple sources, sees patterns/correlations, and develop creative solutions.  Enjoys problem solving.  Able to influences and coach cross functional teams on solving complex problems.  Understands customer business process, product development, and internal sales process.  Technically well versed and considered a generalist with knowledge across multiple semiconductor product/business areas.   Self-driven, proactive to identify problems and propose potential solutions.  Maintains an understanding of the hardest semiconductor problems across all nodes. 

  • Key Responsibilities

Gathers quantitative and qualitative data on business practices impacting value capture and negotiations. Helps identify improvement strategies, plans, process, and system improvements, and helps drives their creation and adoption.  

Gathers data, conducts value pricing analysis, competitive analysis, recommends pricing strategies and structures, and develops engagement strategies.  Partners with BU and Sales for value capture while optimizing market share. 

Prepares and presents to internal stakeholders. 

Responsible for achieving financial and other program targets.

  • Functional Knowledge

Demonstrates a broad and comprehensive understanding of the product development, business development and sales process in semiconductor equipment or semiconductor manufacturing.

The role must keep abreast of new developments to help define the necessary changes to policy and practice

  • Business Expertise

Experience with marketing, business development, business management, and/or sales

Comprehensive general knowledge of the semiconductor industry in order to contribute to the commercial objectives of the business.

Provides thought leadership.

Leads key cross-functional project teams or initiatives.

Acts as a mentor and role model to others within the organization

Exercises a high degree of autonomy when making decisions that impact the business unit or function deliverables. Think beyond existing solutions.

  • Education:  Bachelor's Degree in a technical field such as Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science,

U.S. Salary Range:

$156,000.00 - $214,500.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
