Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our landscape supply branch. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage operations, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, logistics, and staff supervision.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and customers.
• Implement sales strategies to grow revenue and expand market reach.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, pricing, and cost control.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Current Ewing Employee Eligible and Preferred.
• Proven experience, Assistant Manager or SP4 completion preferred.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of managing operations and driving growth.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing market conditions.
• Experience with inventory management and logistics.
