The successful candidate will be an agile, emotionally intelligent leader with a strong technical delivery history. Cross sector experience, with an ability to work in multi-cultural environment is beneficial. The ideal candidate will also have strong business development skills and will help to continue to expand project management services.</p><p><strong> Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li>Act as principle point of contact for project management services for our Turner &amp; Townsend Danish  Cost Center.</li><li>Provide the project management team with necessary direction and inspire high performance.</li><li>Expertly promote staff to deliver excellent project management services to our clients.</li><li>Take on key account role(s), project execution assurance and maintain client relationships as required.</li><li>Coordinate with project team leaders on project negotiations and execution.</li><li>Deliver assurance services to projects - peer review, gateway review, maturity assessments, readiness reviews, progress and performance audits.</li><li>Periodically take on major program oversight, assurance, and delivery to lead the Turner &amp; Townsend team on the commission as needed within region.</li><li>Provide project management solutions to clients and work together with business development team member(s) on sales proposals, qualification packages and presentation materials.</li><li>Delivers high quality of service products by utilizing Turner &amp; Townsend systems, policy and procedure, managing time, planning and organizing to ensure excellence.</li><li>Demonstrates understanding of commercial business drivers and ensures that work and projects are carried out in alignment.</li><li>Contributes to the development of business opportunities.</li><li>Resource planning for organizational growth.</li><li>Partnering with recruitment to develop recruiting strategies and job descriptions.</li><li>Play a key role in supporting business development activities for the Danish Cost Center.</li><li>Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and business development strategies.</li><li>Identify areas of opportunity and enable continued growth trajectory within the market.</li><li>Demonstrable appetite for challenge, innovation and continued improvement in the project management discipline.</li><li>Take responsibility for business performance and project profit and loss.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Minimum 15+ years of proven experience in project management.</li><li>Degree holder in construction management, civil engineering, or Pharmaceutical Engineering</li><li>Extensive experience in full life cycle project management.</li><li>Prior success growing project management services.</li><li>Prior experience with business development including oversight of RFP/RFQ submission, proposal writing, and networking.</li><li>Proactive, quality driven, self-motivated, and hands-on team-leader with the ability to multitask.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential, ability to communicate well with clients and senior management.</li><li>Proven experience leading teams of professionals with a strength in growing and developing people.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><em>Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
