Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Management, Culture, and Inclusion Director to lead and drive the development and execution of comprehensive talent management strategies. This role will focus on cultivating an inclusive and positive workplace culture, supporting the recruitment, development, and retention of top talent, and advancing inclusion and culture initiatives throughout the organization. The Director will collaborate closely with senior leadership and HR teams to align talent strategy with organizational goals and foster a work environment that supports employee growth, engagement, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Management Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive talent management strategy to attract, retain, and develop high-potential talent across the organization.
Lead the design and implementation of leadership development programs, succession planning, and career progression frameworks.
Oversee performance management processes, ensuring they align with organizational goals and promote employee growth.
Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and ensure alignment with long-term business objectives.
Culture and Inclusion:
Design and implement initiatives that foster an inclusive, equitable workplace aligned with company values.
Collaborate with stakeholders to measure effectiveness and ensure all talent practices are fair.
Provide leadership and support to Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), empowering diverse voices and fostering a sense of inclusion and engagement throughout the organization.
Employee Experience:
Conduct employee engagement surveys, pulse surveys and facilitate companywide initiatives to address and increase employee experience.
Partner with internal communication on strategies that reinforce culture, values, and organizational goals.
Leadership and Team Development:
Lead a team of HR professionals providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on matters related to talent, culture, and inclusion.
Establish metrics for evaluating the success of talent management, inclusion, and culture programs, and adjust strategies as needed.
Compliance and Best Practices:
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to talent management, diversity, and workplace culture.
Stay informed about the latest trends, research, and best practices in talent management, inclusion, and organizational development.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
