(Senior) Brand Marketing Manager – ATL Campaigns (m|f|x)

About your new role

You will be responsible for strategically planning and executing continuous above-the-line (ATL) and video campaigns, with a strong emphasis on the German market. Your role will encompass the following key responsibilities:

• Develop strategic plans for ongoing ATL and video campaigns. Manage the end-to-end process of media planning, booking, execution, and evaluation for ATL campaigns, in close collaboration with media agencies, sales houses, and TV stations.
• Collaborate with internal brand and creative teams, as well as external creative agencies, to formulate, guide, and execute creative advertising strategies.
• Utilize a hands-on approach to delve into performance data, facilitating optimization, growth, and maximizing return on ad spend.
• Collaborate with data analysts to enhance our attribution strategy, ensuring effective measurement of campaign performance.
• Generate business cases that support growth opportunities and cultivate relationships within the media and advertising industry to acquire new media partners.
• Support the monitoring and optimization of our Video channel's performance on platforms like YouTube, Facebook and other social media channels to meet business objectives. Implement best practices for profitability.

Your role will be pivotal in shaping our brand's marketing strategy and driving our campaigns to success.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with a hands-on focus on managing video campaigns (TV and digital video), preferably within an agency or e-commerce context.
• Experience in media planning and buying, including collaboration with media agencies and TV stations for media planning and video advertising on platforms like YouTube and Meta, with exposure to other social video platforms being a plus (OTT)
• Strong analytical thinking, enabling efficient work and a clear path toward achieving goals.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a structured work approach, ensuring a comprehensive overview of complex aspects in campaigns and projects.
• Previous experience using brand trackers and TV tools to assess campaign performance.
• Proficient in English, with a good command of the German language being advantageous.
