About the role:
Lead a defined geography or special practice area of the consulting practice. Establish and maintain strong client relationships by consistently exceeding client expectations, leading high-profile engagements, demonstrating subject matter expertise and assigning and directing qualified staff.
What you will be doing?
Leads high-profile engagements, assigns tasks and holds people accountable. Gains trust and respect of each client by establishing and maintaining effective relationships. Understands and anticipates changing client needs. Expands revenue from existing clients.
Develops new business opportunities by collaborating with sales resources, strategizing on “attack plans”, participating in prospect meetings and broader industry events, preparing proposals, contributing thought leadership and building references.
Establishes, maintains and fully utilizes a team of qualified professionals by recruiting ahead of needs, motivating staff to reach full potential and actively tracking staff utilization.
Contributes to divisional revenue, EBITDA and forecasting objectives.
Makes timely, informed decisions and communicates rationale with factual accuracy and clarity.
Adapts to changing business circumstances with appropriate actions and positive attitude.
What you will need:

Ability to build relationships with C-level management, peers and others.
Broad knowledge of regulatory requirements, financial institution operations, and risk management.

Project management, productivity, planning, and workload management skills.
Negotiation skills regarding complex issues
Ability to work well under pressure and keep emotions under control during difficult situations.

Willingness to travel at least 25%.
