As Sr. Systems Analyst, you’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting various types of Microsoft 365 hosted application services which enable collaboration, security, mobility, and analytics for the organization. In this role, your responsibilities will encompass system problem-solving, engaging with stakeholders and end users to articulate business requirements, collaborating with other essential technology teams, managing project logistics, conducting system audits, overseeing user license assignments, facilitating user and group creation, reviewing enterprise application requests, and providing support. Additionally, you will be actively involved in troubleshooting high-complexity issues and aiding colleagues with challenges of lower complexity.

Responsibilities

Lead the administration of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
Support and address complex issues through effective troubleshooting.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
Collaborate with functional partners and vendors to comprehend and meet business needs.
Regularly engage in platform configurations, system monitoring, auditing, and contribute insights into the lifecycle of systems within the designated area.
Function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Microsoft 365 Technologies.
Apply a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions when addressing complex problems.
Transform and refine intricate business requirements into precise technical specifications, considering seamless integration with other systems.
Actively participate in project teams, contributing to the delivery of medium to large-scale projects and potentially taking on significant roles in multiple projects concurrently.
Contribute insights to strategy and roadmap discussions pertaining to the system(s).
Develop comprehensive documentation, including requirements, process maps, and test plans.
Demonstrate a consistent track record of making significant contributions to the assigned area(s) of responsibility.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience offering technical administration and expertise in Microsoft 365, including leading others to achieve business outcomes.
Experience in leading or collaborating within Agile teams.
In-depth knowledge of Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive capabilities within the Microsoft 365 platform.
Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation.
Track record of delivering technical functionality and leading multiple independent workstreams with varying scopes.
Demonstrated ability to listen, understand, and solve complex problems with a broad perspective rooted in industry experience.
Experience as a technical leader and sole Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific technologies within a project team or delivering large projects or functionalities that support multiple projects.
Effective management of outcomes from partners and professionals.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Microsoft 365 Administrator Certification
