This roadmap will support both the growth and exponential strategic development of the CM Value Stream and its capacity.<br/><br/>Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) is a world leader in producing imaging agents that enhance the quality of diagnostic images used to diagnose and monitor diseases.<br/><br/>Reporting to the ISC LEAN &amp; Digital Director this role will partner with the Contrast Media Operations SVP and Leadership Team, your focus will be on transforming the Value Stream into a model of LEAN excellence. This role is vital for driving the cultural change necessary to evolve GEHC PDx into a truly LEAN organisation. Hands-on experience in applying Lean principles and driving continuous improvement will be essential to your success in this critical leadership position.<br/><br/><b>Roles and Responsibilities</b><br/> </p><ul><li>Responsible for partnering with site and business leaders to define the key streams that will have the greatest impact on the business and the customer.</li><li>Serve as a change agent by influencing, communicating, and institutionalizing a culture of simplification and standardization.</li><li>Coach Lean Manufacturing principles and behaviours to our plant leadership teams in the use of Lean tools and the simplification methodology to drive significant business impact &amp; to lead the coaching culture </li><li>Develop Lean capabilities by training and coaching key team members to build Lean muscle within the organisation.</li><li>Enhance of Operating system through the cultivation of our core 4 tools, (Daily Management, Standard Work, Problem Solving and Action plans).</li><li><b>Support across all levels of the Lean Management System from ‘shop floor’ to executive level.? </b>Reworded below to emphasis:</li><li>Foster communication with the ‘shop floor’ to understand their challenges, generate ideas, and support the Lean Management System at all levels</li><li>Ensure proper training and coaching for effective daily management and a true “embrace the red” culture.</li><li>Development and deployment of a Kaizen funnel required to achieve objectives for the year and/or as part of a multi-year program.</li><li>Responsible for driving Lean Maturity levels across the Cork site as per the GE HC Lean Framework<br/><br/> </li></ul><p><b>Qualifications And Experience</b><br/> </p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in any technical or analytical domain with a preference for Supply Chain Manufacturing related degrees (Business, Economics, Engineering)</li><li>Experience leading large Lean transformational rollout within complex systems, matrix organisations with multiple stakeholders.</li><li>Experience in highly regulated industries. (cGMP)</li><li>Proven success in leading significant business process improvement</li><li>LEAN/Six Sigma trained with the ability to apply tools and process rigor.</li><li>Proven successful application of Lean tools: 80/20, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Standard Work, FMEA, Problem Solving, Kanban, Visual Daily Management, Policy Deployment – GEMBA Walks<br/><br/> </li></ul><p><b>Skills</b><br/><br/> </p><ul><li>Customer focused with emphasis on Voice of Customer and Customer Impact</li><li>Strong communication ability across all levels of the business and between all functions with the ability to grow cross functional relationships and to influence outside of immediate sphere of control.</li><li><span>Tenacity/Passion/Determination</span> – driven to chase the end goal and to drive the site performance forwards.</li><li>Strong analytical and quantitative skills</li></ul><p></p><p></p><h1><b><b><b>Additional Information</b></b></b></h1><p><b>Reloca
