This position is a highly visible and integral role within the Global Supplier Partnerships (GSP) team which is responsible for driving revenue by establishing and growing partnerships with our key Airline partners. Our team works very closely with stakeholders across the organization with regular exposure to senior leadership.

We are looking for a bright GRM Insights Manager with outstanding analytics, strong commercial acumen, relationship management skills and demonstrated thought leadership to join the GRM Insights Team.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

Provide leadership and detailed commercial insights to support complex performance improvement initiatives for new preferred partnership

Review performance of key airline partnership while exploring other LCC opportunities; develop and communicate insights into performance drivers, identify key risks and develop a mitigation plan

Participate in supplier meetings where possible (and appropriate)

Demonstrate strong communication skills translating complex data into key messages and presenting to internal and external (senior) stakeholders and counterparts

Qualifications Include:

Excellent analytical mindset with broad commercial acumen and thought leadership

Strong communication skills - ability to translating complex data into key messages and presenting to internal and external (senior) stakeholders and counterparts

Self starter who is able to work independently as well as in a global team.

Strong influence management skills - ability to drive outcomes via teams where we do not have direct control

Able to work with data at a detailed level while keeping an eye on the broader strategy.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

5-7+ years work experience

Demonstrated experience of working in an analytical role coupled with relationship management to drive results in support of the preferred supplier partnership.

The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $70,000 to $140,000.  The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role.  Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
