Requirements include: • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience. • Epic certification in at least one of the following modules: Epic Ambulatory, Epic ClinDoc, Epic MyChart (if not certified upon hire, MyChart certification is required within 3 months). • Experience in Epic application implementation, configuration, go-live support, troubleshooting, testing, and maintenance. • Demonstrated leadership experience, including team coordination, delegation, performance management, and mentoring. Must have at least two years of experience directly supervising staff, providing coaching and performance feedback, and overseeing team development in a healthcare IT or related setting. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with effective technical documentation abilities. • Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proficient desktop skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Experience working directly with clinical and business end users. Preferred: • Experience with Epic Secure Chat implementation and support. • Technical skills related to programming or other relevant IT areas. • Experience in Telehealth and mobile patient engagement solutions.
