<p></p><p><em><strong>Ryanair is currently recruiting a Project Manager to join the Ryanair Labs team as part of Europe's Leading Airline Group!</strong></em></p><p><strong>Ryanair Labs</strong> is the technology brand of Ryanair, a start-up inside a corporation and a state of-the-art digital &amp; IT innovation hub creating Europe’s Leading Travel Experience for customers. More than 200 IT enthusiasts are working on 30+ projects with a collaboration of our Dublin, Madrid, Wroclaw and Portugal Labs teams and are making your travel experience unique. As a result of our continued expansion, we want to hear from the best IT experts the European market has to offer to join our Labs.</p><p><strong>The Department</strong></p><p>Our IT Project, Planning and Delivery department is comprised of almost 40 delivery focused individuals, with 11 of these working as Project Managers. This department is spread across our Dublin, Madrid, and Wroclaw offices. Reporting to the Head of Delivery, this is a permanent position based in our Dublin office.</p><p><strong>The Role</strong><br/></p><p>As Project Manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery for a variety of projects across all aspects of Ryanair’s operations to power Ryanair’s ambitious growth plan to carry 225 Million passengers per annum by 2026. You will work with internal business departments, business analysts, software engineers and QA. Also, where required, you will manage external vendors across projects to ensure scope and delivery dates for projects are agreed and tracked and that processes agreed for each project are being adopted and optimised. You will manage risks and issues of each project with clear and practical action plans in place to ensure timely delivery. You will work with team members to ensure conditions are in place for them to contribute strongly to projects and map and achieve their career goals. You will report on status of delivery schedule to Head of Planning and Delivery along with accurate risks and issues list for each project and planned next steps.
