Summary of Job (brief description)
The Associate Director of Marketing role at Soleno requires a strategic, scientifically astute, and collaborative individual who will help execute the company’s promotional campaigns and educational activities for HCPs. This role will provide strategic and tactical oversight to deepen HCP understanding of the PWS disease state, VYKAT XR clinical data, access, and patient services. The Associate Director, Marketing will build highly collaborative working relationships with the broader marketing team and other cross-functional stakeholders across commercial, medical, and operations. Externally, this person will work closely with the AOR, other various partners, and key HCP experts to successfully lead strategy and tactical plan execution. This role reports to the Director, US Brand Strategy & HCP Marketing on the marketing team.
Responsibilities
- Help execute overall PWS treatment HCP educational tactics across multiple mediums, including personal, digital, print, omnichannel, etc.
- Effectively translates market research insights to enhance promotional strategies and tactics.
- Partner with medical, legal, and regulatory teams to design HCP medical educational content that aligns with brand strategy and objectives, and meeting the educational needs of our various HCP stakeholders.
- Manage agency partners to ensure tactical excellence and KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Support execution of symposia, product theaters, webinars, and other HCP educational initiatives.
- Develops and delivers presentations to a range of internal (executives, US leadership team, sales, patient services, and market access) and external audiences.
- Lead the creation and execution of branded and unbranded HCP promotional tactics.
- Support the development of tools and materials to educate HCPs to instill confidence in navigating prior authorization and Soleno One patient services offerings.
- Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated efforts that align with brand strategy.
- Effectively manage agency partners to produce deliverables within timelines and budgets.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business, or related field required.<
