Job Summary for the Dining Room Lead:
The Dining Room Lead, you will be the frontline ambassador of our dining program, ensuring smooth daily operations and a warm, welcoming environment for our residents. You will work closely with both team members and resident during meal service to deliver timely, respectful, and high-quality experiences. 

This is a hands-on role idea for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality setting and takes pride in fostering a positive service-oriented atmosphere. Our Culinary team does more than serve meals; we create memories and build connections. Join us and help redefine the culinary experience in Senior Living. Key Responsibilities:-Support and guide the dining team throughout meal service to ensure consistent, high-quality resident experiences.-Greet and interact with residents during meals to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns quickly and professionally.-Collaborate with the Culinary Director to uphold service standards and provide real-time feedback from residents and staff.-Help train and mentor new team members by demonstrating service excellence and a resident first attitude.-Ensure dining rooms are properly set up and cleaned in accordance with community standards.-Lead pre-shift huddles or daily check-ins to promote teamwork and communication.-Promote and uphold a respectful, compassionate, and team-oriented environment. What We're Looking For:-Prior experience in dining or hospitality, ideally with some leadership or peer mentorship experience.-A natural ability to lead by example and motivate others.-Strong communication skills and a passion for resident satisfaction.-The ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and adapt quickly to changing situations. Our Culinary team does more than serve meals; we create joy, connection, and comfort for every resident.
