This position offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 – $55,200 annually, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
In this rewarding role, you will provide intensive individual and family therapy to youth ages 3–18 in their homes and community settings. You will use evidence-based modalities such as CBT, TF-CBT, family therapy, and play therapy to stabilize behaviors, strengthen family systems, and prevent higher levels of care such as hospitalization or residential placement. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide intensive in-home and community-based individual and family therapy to youth facing behavioral health challenges
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches (CBT, TF-CBT, family therapy, play therapy) to support symptom stabilization and family functioning
• Manage a caseload of approximately six families while delivering at least three therapy sessions per week per family
• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and families to foster engagement and long-term success
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members during regular supervision and clinical meetings
• Complete timely, accurate web-based documentation from flexible locations
• Support families in developing coping strategies, communication skills, and sustainable support systems
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, accountability, and adherence to clinical best practices
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
• Master’s degree required in Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field
• License-eligible in respective discipline preferred (LPC, LMSW, LMFT, etc.)
• OR Master’s degree in a related field with:
• At least 24 graduate-level semester hours in behavioral health-related coursework
• Coursework and experience in assessment, treatment planning, psychopathology, and DSM diagnosis
• Two (2) years of post-degree clinical experience required
• Experience in child/adolescent therapy and family systems preferred
Additional Qualifications:
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently while remaining connected to a supportive team
• Highly motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Passion for community-based therapy, behavioral health, and family services
• Ability to engage diverse populations with cultural sensit
