Compensation range: $80,000-$92,000/year

Position Summary

Location: Santa Clara, CA or SFBA

 

The Client Experience Associate, Estimator, is a critical member of the CX Team responsible for providing support for the RFP process, and new business.  In addition, the CEA will support client engagements, CX process development, and refinement. The role requires someone who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing a wide range of responsibilities. This position demands strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Other sales support tasks will be assigned as workload permits.

 

Key Responsibilities

RFP Management & Support:RFP Kick-off Meetings: Participate in initial RFP meetings. Participate in the initial project kick-off meetings, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables.

Works with Leadership on pricing strategy.

Manages pricing and pricing requests.Collaborate with Leadership on pricing, margins, and formatting pricing and proposals.Prepare reports, such as, Product Mix Report.Maintain and organize all pricing request records and relevant documentation.  Manages all files for future reference and hand-off.

Ensure smooth onboarding, transitioning information and documents to the team responsible for managing the project.Support Leadership by participating in mid-RFP process reviews and audits to assess project deliverables.Participate in the refinement of internal processes to increase workflow efficiency and support continuous improvement.

 

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or at least three years of relevant experience in the industry.Key Skills:- Strong product knowledge.- Excellent oral and written communication.- High attention to detail.- Proficient in Microsoft Office and internal ordering systems.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Attributes:- Self-motivated with strong time management skills.- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.- Ability to foster positive relationships both internally and externally.

 

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

- Physical Demands: Ability to move between the office and warehouse, and handle tasks that require reading, writing, and basic math.- Work Environment: Primarily office-based with occasional exposure to warehouse environments where noise levels may be higher.
