About the role:

We are looking for an established Senior Project Manager to join our fast-growing team. As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll play a key role across account teams – responsible for the seamless management and delivery of campaigns. You���ll be responsible for the delivery of an important new initiative for the agency – working with multiple clients and agency stakeholders. This is a vital role in delivering these projects on time and on budget. The ideal candidate will also bring experience in people leadership and team building.

Requirements

What you'll do:

• End to end development and production of campaigns – working with strategy, creative, content, social, and media
• Manage a team of Project Managers and Project Coordinators - ensuring their growth is a priority 
• Development scoping/staffing estimates, scope of work documents, budget and burn reporting, as well as end-to-end project schedules with client services team
• Ensuring work is delivered on time, every time. Escalating occurrences of over-delivery
• Working with client services to create accurate estimates, manage resources and ensure profitability
• Proactively seeking to identify potential problems and ensure action to minimize the impact
• Understanding analysis & reporting of campaigns
• Ensuring all deliverables produced are to the required specifications of the highest quality and approved by stakeholders as appropriate
• Supporting the client services team on holidays, handovers, and team utilization

What you'll bring:

• Creative/Advertising/Marketing Agency experience required
• 7+ years of experience as a project manager
• 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing
• 2+ years of experience managing teams
• Experience working on media focused campaigns / knowledge of digital media 
• Have confident and collaborative project management abilities with strong spoken and written communication skills
• Have marketing experience and an understanding of the delivery in the key channels we operate: Social, Digital, Email and DM, Video, and Radio
• Have the ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects whilst retaining an excellent eye for detail
• Possess a can-do attitude, being flexible and adaptable to the needs of clients and the agency
• Show resilience and tenacity and have the ability to keep a positive attitude under pressure
• Demonstrate the ability to interpret creative ideas from the outset to provide seamless production delivery whilst upholding the creative concept/idea within the parameters of timescales and budget
• Work hand in hand with the Client service team to manage, build and grow ongoing client relationships either face to face or in a supporting role
• Solid marketing agency experience within a Project Management role
• Experience managing Wrike project, or similar productivity tool a plus

Salary range for New York candidates: $80,000 - $100,000 DOE & professional certifications.

Our compensation philosophy is to pay within the 50th percentile of current market salary data
