About the Role

As the Revenue Operations & Systems Lead, you'll serve as the strategic link between our marketing, sales, client success, finance, and operations teams through ownership and optimization of our organization’s entire tech stack.

This role will focus primarily on Salesforce, Hubspot and associated tools, while collaborating with teams to improve workflows, enhance data accuracy, and implement custom solutions that support broader business objectives. Ideal candidates have a proven background in managing complex revenue and business systems, collaborating across large teams in fast-paced B2B environments.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee, optimize, and integrate key platforms, including Salesforce, HubSpot, and other internal systems (e.g., Greenhouse, PandaDoc, Gong, ChurnZero, ClickUp, Domo)

  • Design and develop custom functionality, apps, and integrations in Salesforce and HubSpot when an existing out-of-the-box platform doesn’t already exist.

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Finance and Operations teams to gather requirements, advise on best practices, and implement impactful solutions.

  • Ensure systems are effectively configured to meet business needs, identifying opportunities for customization, integration, and automation.

  • Partner with the Business Intelligence and Analytics (BI&A) and the Data team to ensure data accuracy and relevance across all systems.

  • Provide regular insights and training to drive system adoption and engagement across functions.

  • Continuously assess and improve system processes to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.

  • 5-8+ years in Revenue Operations or Business Systems roles, focusing on GTM tools, processes, and systems, preferably in B2B.

  • Expert-level proficiency of Salesforce configuration, integration, reporting, and custom development.

  • Expert-level proficiency of Hubspot configuration, integration, reporting, and custom development.

  • Experience with automation platforms like Zapier & Workato to integrate 3rd party platforms.

  • Demonstrated success in designing scalable system architectures and workflows across medium-to-large organizations (100+ people).

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead end-to-end implementations, prioritize initiatives, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions with a focus on data accuracy and actionable insights.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
