Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Care Clinical Role

What You’ll Do

You’ll serve as a clinical leader in home-based care:

•  Complete in-home assessments and ongoing evaluations 
•  Oversee and guide CNAs, GNAs, and HHAs 
•  Monitor client health changes and coordinate follow-ups 
•  Develop, adjust, and maintain care plans 
•  Communicate directly with families and providers 
•  Support safe, compliant, high-quality care delivery 
•  Maintain accurate clinical documentation 
•  Provide guidance and education to caregivers when needed

What We’re Looking For

•  Active Maryland RN license (or compact license eligible in MD) 
•  CPR/First Aid certification 
•  Reliable transportation for home visits 
•  Strong clinical assessment and communication skills 
•  Home care, hospice, or geriatric experience preferred

Compensation: $350.00 per day
