AliveCor is looking for a Clinical Project Manager to join our BioPharma team.  Our BioPharma team services pharmaceutical, medical device, and Contract Research Organizations (CROs), allowing them to utilize AliveCor’s innovative KardiaMobile in the collection of ECG data in programs assessing the therapeutic efficacy and safety of products in both clinical trials and post-registration programs.  This Project Manager will be the dedicated point of contact (POC) for AliveCor BioPharma customers managing all aspects of their programs by coordinating externally and internally with cross-functional teams.   

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Biopharma business development team to support our expanding partner portfolio by managing projects end to end 
  • Place and fulfill device orders, set up accounts, conduct product training, generate and manage data integration/data flow needs, manage billing and invoicing, and troubleshoot issues 
  • Develop and implement internal systems to monitor and track all clinical trials, customer activity and services, and time management associated with various projects   
  • Change order management of all activity associated with clinical trials and other project  
  • Review clinical trial protocols and develop a plan to support customer needs including timing of device delivery, scheduling and conducting training of clinical sites, and participating with all study start-up and close out meetings and logistics   
  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients utilizing AliveCor BioPharma’s’ services and appropriately escalating issues as per the program's documented communications plan to internal stakeholders   
  • Work closely with product strategy on the development of the data flow diagram per protocol including any SDK/API integration requirements and ensuring that data flow to any third-party over read providers is set up appropriately  
  • Liaise with legal and finance to ensure that programs are being invoiced correctly and timely based on terms of contracts  
  • Work with AliveCor’s product development team to ensure that customer feedback is being incorporated into AliveCor BioPharma’s future product development.   
  • Recognize growth opportunities within client accounts & partners to identify and qualify key decision makers and to expand business with current customers  
  • Relentlessly learn about AliveCor’s technology and service offerings, our customers, and their business needs and use cases  
  • Responsible for all aspects of travel to customers and study kickoff meetings   
  

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Expertise in medical device companies or CROs, managing clinical trials
  • At least 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager involved in clinical research for a device or service company with experience working with CROs and pharma companies
  • Working knowledge Good Clinical Practice guidelines and Federal research regulations  
  • Position requires organized, detail-oriented individual with the ability to multitask, establish priorities, and multiple projects concurrently   
  • Robust interpersonal and communication/presentation ability via phone, video conference, in person, and written communication both internally and externally   
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to interact with diverse groups and multiple stakeholders   
  • A proven track record of exercising good judgment and handling constantly changing priorities in a positive, professional, transparent, and ethical manner  
  • Excellence with written and verbal communication skills and comfort in presentation skills to internal and external audiences 
  • Ability to work independently   
  • Ability to present findings both written and verbally   
  • Good working knowledge of IT platforms used within the business environment
  • Bachelor’s degree required
