Courier/Facilities Assistant

• Perform accurate, timely, and professional delivery and pickup of construction documents, office supplies, marketing materials, and other company assets to Perry Homes communities and corporate locations. 
• Maintain daily courier schedules and delivery documentation while ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and efficiently. 
• Support warehouse operations by processing Facilities and Workplace Solutions work tickets. 
• Meet and escort vendors at warehouses when Facilities leadership cannot be present. 
• Responsible for the organization and cleanliness of the Perry Homes mailroom/storage rooms. 
• Maintain Company-assigned vehicle, including fueling with a Company-issued fuel card, scheduling preventative maintenance, and ensuring the vehicle remains clean, safe, and in compliance with Company standards. 
• Maintain accurate records related to deliveries, inventory movement, fleet maintenance, and assigned work orders. 
• Must be willing to obtain and maintain CPR and First Aid certification. 
  

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. 
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in courier, warehouse, facilities, logistics, or a related field preferred. 
• Current, valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record. 
• Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. 
• Must be insurable under the Company's automobile insurance policy.  
• Demonstrated safe driving habits and commitment to defensive driving practices.
