JOB DESCRIPTION:

The BU Freight Project Management Team works with Engineering, Sales, Supply chain, Operations, and other organizations to oversee and execute projects that will meet our customer requirements. Our strategic growth plan actively seeks new organic and inorganic revenue growth opportunities. As a result, we have the opportunity to grow our PMO team. We seek an entry-level Project Management Administrator to partner with our Program and Project Managers in helping our company meet its growth plans.

 

Essential Skills

• Assist Project Managers with the administration aspects of all BU Freight projects including SAP PPM, Jira, INNO-pro Maintenance,
• Provide Project managers with critical project data within SAP PPM to include Approved Project Hours, Completion Dates, and Project Purchase Order information
• Manage sustaining projects with the input of resource managers to ensure that project capacity is accurately reflected in PPM. Address allocations of resources through close coordination with resource and project managers; make recommendations to address resource shortages such as project attrition, additional resources, and follow up on action.
• Initiate and expedite all Team approvals for all BU Freight Project Approval Forms and Project Change Requests.
• Ensure unused demand in SAP PPM is pushed forward to reflect accurate future demand exists for Munich to pull Headcount/MOP information
• Ensure all Q-Gates are being scheduled and attended by Key Stakeholders
• Assist PMs with the administration of Risk Registers and Deliverable checklists
• Create and maintain Easy Bi Project Dashboards
• Ensure all key project IMS deliverables are managed and maintained within project folders.

Base Pay Range

The base pay range for this role is $55,600- $83,400. The company reasonably expects to pay within that range, however, New York Air Brake considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
