The Opportunity:
CACI's Navy Red Falcon program has a need for a level M1 technical manger to lead a growing team of developers to develop applications for various customer. This opportunity to lead a talented team to work on web development, software process, and hand-on integration of applications in a production environment. Responsibilities:
Manage and lead for internal efforts, oversight of technical work, contribution of technical effort and support of contractual, programmatic, and production functions
Coordinate direct report assignments, develop and manage tasks to program requirement
Provide team leadership and mentoring of developers assignments
Organize development projects and work with functional managers to track the progress of projects
Recommend and initiate process improvements and overall development practices
Lead by example with respect to all matters related to technical initiatives
Drive towards agile software development with an emphasis on executing SCRUM practices
Review developer's code, merge requests, and software build process
Lead in the deployment of software into the production environment
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or other engineering discipline.
A minimum 5 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education, skills and experience Master’s Degree preferred
Demonstrated technical ability in developing protocol processing solutions in a various software framework including Java, Python, web frameworks
Demonstrated technical knowledge in Linux and Virtual environments
Demonstrated ability to provide strong customer focused leadership in the delivery of technically complex solutions with a highly skilled team
Demonstrated excellence in managing and executing software development and associated product development, release, and quality processes
Demonstrated ability to lead a team of multidisciplinary engineers.
Demonstrated success with internal and external customer oral and written communications
Demonstrated commitment to success and the customer mission
TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance.
