This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, building relationships, and achieving sales goals. You will be the customers online first point of contact, ensuring 5-star service from start to finish!

Internet Sales Specialist Responsibilities:


Answer online inquiries about new and used inventory
Present and demonstrate vehicles online
Explain features, pricing, and financing options
Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Help Customers Navigate the Sales process, and effectively close deals
Maintain knowledge of current inventory and promotions

QualificationsInternet Sales Specialist Qualifications:


2–5+ years of automotive sales experience (not required, preferred)
Strong people/negotiation skills
Strong phone/email/communication skills
Valid driver’s license
High-School Education
