About the Role:

The Server Assistant is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. The Server Assistant position assists the Server in providing an enjoyable expertly served dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness. Server Assistants clear tables and reset them neatly, rapidly and completely according to specification.

Essential function of the job:

• Assists the Server in clearing and resetting the tables according to the restaurant standards

• Assists the Server in providing an enjoyable expertly served dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness

• Performs side work such as polishing silverware, refilling the condiment containers and crumbing the tables as needed

• Other duties as assigned

Who We Look For:

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1-2 years food and beverage serving and/or related food and beverage experience in a high volume upscale resort

• Attention to detail and positive attitude

• Ability to walk 8 hours per day in a desert climate

• Physically able to be on his/her feet at least 6 – 8 hours per day.

• Ability to carry at least 40lbs above the shoulder and push at least 100lbs.

• Work outdoors in temperatures up to/exceeding 100F.

• Valid Maricopa County Food Handler’s Card

• Day shifts required and flexibility to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays
